Remember your settings — for example, saved filters, view choices, and last-used workspace. These are off until you opt in. Turning them off means the site will not remember those preferences between visits.

Help us understand which pages and workflows are useful, in aggregate, so we can improve the product. We use a privacy-respecting setup that avoids collecting unnecessary personal data. Analytics scripts are not loaded until you opt in.

When you first visit the site we show a cookie banner with three options: Accept all, Reject non-essential, and Cookie settings. Your choice is saved in your browser so you don't have to make it again on every page.

Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies for any site, and many let you block third-party cookies entirely. Check your browser's help pages for instructions. Blocking necessary cookies will break sign-in and may prevent Refillops from loading correctly.

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies — such as the one that records your cookie choice — stay until they expire or you clear them. We aim to set the shortest expiration that still gives you a working experience.

We may update this Cookie Policy as the product evolves or as we add or remove vendors. Material changes will be reflected here and in the cookie banner.
