Verified pharmacy rollout

42 locations moved blocked prescriptions into one queue.

Veridian Health Solutions rolled out Refillops across 42 Mid-Atlantic and Ohio Valley pharmacy locations after an April 2025 partner pilot. During the October 2025 to February 2026 operating window, the team processed 18,432 blocked-prescription tickets and reduced average ticket handling time from 48 minutes to 12 minutes.

Refillops stopped the friction between our backend billing and our front desk technicians.
